What we store
Exactly what you see here and nothing more: when you sent it, the category, your message, your email only if you typed one (used only to reply, never for anything else), the page you came from, and a coarse browser family (like "Firefox" — never a full fingerprint). No cookies, no analytics tie-in, no third-party form service; it lands in our own storage and is read by a person.
